Working out!

This is Cap, pulling a sled with 25 lb of weight.

Sometimes he thinks he can get out of his workout by laying down. Little does he know, we will take full advantage of that opportunity and clip his nails while he's down!

And in the end, he'll get his nails clipped, and a good workout!
